Hi

My name is Thomas Larsen and i work as a Configmgr admin(among other things) for Troms County Council(Local Government) in Northern Norway.
To visualize the importance of what we do I've started creating custom reports for lots of different areas. Some reports where created to point out a problem ,while others where created to show how good of a job we're doing:-)

I've got a lot of reports already finished that i'm going to post here when i have time. Below you'll find screenshots of some of the reports that i''ll post over the next couple of weeks(Comment below if you want a specific report moved up the que):

First is my Machine Details Report:

This reports shows make and model for all machines(also Lenovos) in a collection. It also displays some basic info about the machine like Serialnr ,Operating System ,CPU ,and ,memory.
The Colored colum is a dynamic field meant to visualize how long it has been since the machine was last in contact with Configmgr. It starts out at Green and gradually becomes yellow and finally red so that you easily can see witch machines that aren't on the network.

Next one is a Deployment Success rate Dashboard:
We use this to show how well our deployments are going. It only calculates success vs errors ,so if you have lots if machines that haven't run the deployment yet ,they don't affect your success rate.

Each of the deployments are clickable  and leads to another report showing more details for that deployment. 

This is my Deployment Details report:

This shows the errors for a deployment. Since we have lots of location ,many with their own IT guys it's important for us to know if one location is worse than the others...It might be a sign that the local IT department have done something(intestinal or unintentional ) that affects our deployments.
To split the different departments i rely on a case statement in the query to split the departments based on OU ,i'll come back to that later. 

OS Deployment Time 

This is my newest report ,it shows all OS deployments in a site. It shows all OSD's in a site ,Machines currently running ,Machines that are finished ,timeouts and errors. It shows how long each machine took to finish the OSD.
You can also click on a machine to show the details of every step in the task sequence. 

OSD Details Report:

Shows the run time for each step in a task sequence. It can be ran by it self or as a subreport for the OSD Deployement time report above:
